  • Servicing the needs of existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Setting sales targets for individual Sales Executive and team as a whole.
  • Allocating areas Sales Executive.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures.
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Reporting to senior managers.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Sales Executive

Experience :2-3 years (OTC and Ayurvedic Industry)
Qualification : Graduation
  • Responsible to achieve Sales Targets.
  • To ensure products availability to stockists and retailers.
  • Increasing sale in the dedicated area.
  • Adding new counters, Stockists, Wholesalers, semi wholesalers.
  • Installing POP materials in all retail counters.
  • Placing / Increasing the placement of the products.
  • Co-coordinating with stockist & Super stockists.
